Meet the honeys:
Jarrah: from the majestic Jarrah tree, which grows only in the south west of Western Australia and is covered in creamy blossoms when it flowers. Jarrah is one of WA’s most prized honeys, known for its bold flavour.
Marri: from the Marri (red gum) trees whose large blossoms burst along WA roadsides every autumn. A light amber honey with distinctive red gum blossom notes.
Wildflower: smooth, rich and floral, from WA’s coastal wildflowers.
Lemon Myrtle: our smooth Wildflower honey infused with aromatic Australian lemon myrtle, for a refreshing citrus finish.

Each honey is raw and minimally filtered to keep its natural flavour and aroma. The Jarrah, Marri and Wildflower are independently tested for Total Activity (TA).
