  • 2 × 30g bags of honey candy drops
  • A Honey in the Garden bookmark

Total Activity (TA) is an independent measure of a honey’s natural strength and quality. Every batch is tested, and a higher number means a more active honey. Jarrah and Marri are among Western Australia’s highest-rated honeys.

Drizzle over toast, porridge, yoghurt or a cheese board, stir into tea, or use in dressings and baking. Taste the two side by side: rich, caramel Marri next to light, floral Wildflower.

Each jar has a best-before date. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. There’s no need to refrigerate. Raw honey can naturally thicken or crystallise over time, which is a sign it’s real and unprocessed. To make it runny again, stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes.
