Jarrah 30+ TA 500g

100% raw, single-origin Jarrah honey from the Jarrah forests of Western Australia’s south-west. A dark amber honey with a rich, malty, caramel flavour, naturally slow to crystallise. Prized for its naturally high activity rating (35+ TA, though our label conservatively shows 30+ TA). Raw and minimally processed, independently lab-tested and validated chemical-free. This size is our 500g tub. 
Why Jarrah? The Jarrah tree grows only in the south west of Western Australia, which makes its honey one of WA’s most prized. Customers who know Manuka often ask how Jarrah compares: both are valued for their natural activity, and Jarrah is rated by Total Activity (TA), tested independently on every batch. Jarrah also brings a rich caramel flavour and a smooth, slow-to-crystallise texture.
